One point that is often underestimated: people doing physical work need good sleep. Our apartments have proper single and box-spring beds with decent mattresses – no bunk beds, no mattress camps. For teams: better one apartment with three bedrooms than three beds in one room. Our larger apartments sleep up to 6 in separate rooms, each with its own smart TV.
Kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi
Eating out for weeks? That adds up. With a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, the stay becomes noticeably cheaper and more comfortable – on longer projects, teams easily save several hundred euros a month. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected with home.
Parking for vans and company vehicles
Many of our apartments have their own parking space or free parking right by the building – important when tools and material stay in the vehicle. Just let us know in advance how many vehicles you are bringing and we will recommend the right apartment. Thanks to the A40 and A52 connections, you can reach job sites in Duisburg, Bochum, Gelsenkirchen or Düsseldorf quickly from Essen.
A proper invoice included
For companies, the paperwork matters: on request we issue the invoice in the company name, with itemised VAT – no discussion, no extra cost. For several apartments or long projects we offer fair weekly and monthly rates. And because you book directly with us, there are no portal fees.
