Do we receive an invoice with itemised VAT?
Yes – on request, every booking is invoiced to your company name, with itemised VAT. Consolidated invoices covering several stays are also possible.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes. Rates go down from one week onwards, and for monthly stays and continuous occupancy we offer individual project rates. Just send us an enquiry with your dates.
Can we book several apartments at the same time?
Yes – a total of 10 apartments with 39 beds are available, several of them on the same street. Ideal for housing teams together.
What if the project runs longer or shorter than planned?
A quick call or a WhatsApp message is all it takes – we almost always find a solution. That's exactly why you book directly with the host instead of through a platform.
How quickly can our people move in?
If an apartment is available, often on the very same day: self-check-in via code lock works around the clock, with no key handover.
