Getting to know each other & property viewing
The first step is always a conversation as equals. We'd like to get to know you – and of course the property. Together we check whether your property is suitable for professional short-term rentals and whether our model is a good fit for you.
You'll receive honest feedback, a clear assessment and, if you like, a no-obligation introduction pack. On site or online – whatever works best for you.
Step 2
Agreement & signing the lease
Transparency matters to us – especially on legal topics. After the viewing, we discuss all the details and agree on fair terms. Once everything fits, you receive a legally reviewed rental agreement – clear, easy to understand and optionally signable digitally.
You decide how quickly things get started. No hidden clauses, no long lock-in periods – just a good agreement that works for both sides.
Step 3
Furnishing, marketing & launch
Now it's our turn – you can sit back and relax. We fully furnish the apartment, pay attention to quality and style, and arrange professional photos. Then we create the listing, connect all booking platforms and start marketing.
You don't have to take care of anything – except perhaps looking forward to your first rent payment.
