How it works
Before you travel, we send you all the key details: the exact address, your access code and a short set of instructions. Once you're at the apartment, you enter the code – and that's it. No paperwork, no queueing, no waiting.

Self-check-in doesn't mean you're left to your own devices. We're reachable by WhatsApp and phone should a question come up after all. You get the best of both worlds: the freedom to arrive at any time, and a real person to turn to when you need one.
