Looking for a furnished room in Essen – for a few weeks, a semester or the length of a project? In our shared flats you get your own room without having to worry about furniture, a deposit or utility bills.
Every room is fully furnished: a bed with fresh linen, space for your clothes, a workspace and Wi-Fi throughout the flat. You share the kitchen and bathroom with the other residents – which is exactly what makes co-living considerably cheaper than your own flat – from €450 per month with us, all utilities included.
Your own flat in Essen means: a deposit, buying furniture, signing up for electricity and internet, a minimum rental period and a utility bill at the end. With a room in one of our shared flats, none of that applies. You move in with your suitcase, everything is there, and the price is fixed from the start – electricity, water, heating and high-speed Wi-Fi are included.
The shared areas are cleaned regularly, and we provide bed linen and towels. Check-in is keyless and available around the clock, so you do not have to work around office hours.

Work crews and project teams: travelling alone or in pairs means paying only for your own room instead of a whole flat. For crews we reserve several rooms in the same flat so you stay together – with an invoice showing VAT for the company on request. Commuters and career starters: if you work in Essen during the week or have just started out, a room is the flexible solution – without tying yourself down long term.
Transition periods: moving house, renovating, a separation, or the new flat is only free in two months – a furnished room bridges exactly that phase without paying rent twice.
Just tell us when you need a room and for how long – via the form, WhatsApp or email. We usually get back to you within a few hours with the available rooms and the price for your dates. You book directly with us, without portal fees and with a dedicated contact person.

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Lage zur Zeche Zollverein ist super (25 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Stellplatz vor der Tür ist perfekt.

A furnished room with us starts at €450 per month. That includes electricity, water, heating and high-speed Wi-Fi as well as bed linen, towels and regular cleaning of the shared areas – there is no utility bill afterwards. For shorter periods we are happy to quote a price for your exact dates.
No. The rooms are fully furnished – bed, storage, workspace as well as bed linen and towels are provided. All you need is your suitcase.
From a few weeks up to several months – we work around your dates. If your project runs longer than planned, we usually sort out the extension within minutes via WhatsApp.
