You stay at weekly or monthly rates, receive an invoice with itemised VAT for your company on request, and have a personal contact instead of a reception desk – reachable via WhatsApp, usually within minutes.
Typical guests of our apartments: project staff and consultants on multi-week assignments, doctors and nurses in onboarding, newcomers to Essen in a transition period, and companies accommodating employees longer-term. All apartments have self-check-in via door code – arrival works late at night without waiting.
The locations are optimised for short distances: the main station, Messe Essen and the A40 are quickly reached from our locations in Frohnhausen, by the Opernplatz and in Katernberg. Tell us your dates and number of people – we will send you a concrete offer with a total price.

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Lage zur Zeche Zollverein ist super (25 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Stellplatz vor der Tür ist perfekt.
